We are looking for a new flatmate for our spacious and bright 3-bedroom apartment located between Schaffhauserplatz and Milchbuck, just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop Guggachstrasse (Trams 7 & 14).
The apartment offers:
The room is available from 1st October. The room is currently furnished and the current tenant is looking to sell some of the furniture, a price which also includes a contribution to the shared furniture in the flat. Please note that a deposit will also be required upon move-in.
About us:
We are 37, respectively 32 years old - a argentinian somelier and a postdoc student at ETH Zürich, both easy-going, who enjoy a calm and respectful shared flat environment. We're looking for open-minded, reliable flatmates who enjoy a relaxed but friendly WG atmosphere.
