As of December 1, 2026, we are looking for a tenant for our spacious 4.5-room apartment in Bühl, Uetendorf.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 3-family house in a very quiet, sunny, and rural location with a beautiful view of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau, as well as the Stockhorn range and Niesen.
The apartment has approximately 86 m² of living space and features an open kitchen with a cooking island, a Swedish stove, a bathroom with a bathtub and double sink, as well as a separate guest toilet.
The approximately 70 m² of private auxiliary rooms on the same floor as the apartment offer a lot of space. These include a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as spacious storage and storage rooms that are also suitable for hobbies or crafts.
The outdoor area includes a balcony of approximately 17 m², a terrace of approximately 22 m², and a private lawn of approximately 60 m².
Pets are possible upon request. Directly next to the house, there is a small horse stable with four boxes; these are currently rented.
