The room and the apartment
The room is approximately 13 m² in size and has access to a large terrace, which you share with one other person. You also have your own toilet; the shower is shared with one other person.
And most importantly: Although you're renting a room, you're welcome to use the entire apartment and all common areas. The apartment is very spacious, bright, and offers plenty of space, so you can have enough privacy even in a shared apartment.

I enjoy filming and photography, attending concerts, and I'm always up for a spontaneous drink or a cozy evening at home.
My Cocker Spaniel Paco is also moving in with me. He's very friendly, calm, well-behaved, and used to shared apartment living. Therefore, you should like dogs. I'm also open to you having your own dog, as long as the two get along.
Who I'm looking for
I'm looking for an open, uncomplicated, and reliable person who enjoys a beautiful home and a relaxed shared apartment life. It's important to me that we don't just live anonymously next to each other. I think it would be nice if we occasionally cook together, have a drink, chat, or spontaneously do something.
At the same time, each person has their own daily routine, and withdrawal is just as important. Fortunately, the apartment offers more than enough space for that.
