The room is rented furnished: bed (now 1.40m), wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair (bedding not included). Kitchen, bathroom and entrance area with cloakroom are used jointly.
The kitchen has already been renovated and has a dishwasher, oven, ceramic stove, refrigerator with small freezer and other electric kitchen helpers, as shown in the photo. The kitchen also has enough space for a dining table, as well as sufficient storage space for the total of 4 people in the shared apartment. Dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. are available.
The bathroom has a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, a toilet and a sink. Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement for joint use.
The shared apartments consist of students and working professionals. A quiet coexistence and order are appreciated. During the rental period, this shared apartment will be occupied by four men (1 student, 1 doctoral student, 2 employed) - aged 24-39. It doesn't have to be a pure men's shared apartment.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the Kreuzbleiche - a larger park for sports and recreation, but also the Drei Weiheren.

The bus stop is located in front of the building. With bus lines 3 and 4, you can reach St. Gallen train station - FH Ost - within 5 minutes, or with line 9 in 10 additional minutes to the University of St. Gallen (HSG). The Zurich airport is about 1 hour away, and the highway is about 500m away.
