Description
We are looking for a new person to join our 7.5-room shared flat in a large single-family house with a garden, immediately or by arrangement. We live with Nina (35), Kevin (39), Fabian (38), and Alyssa (25). We want someone who not only wants to share rent and fridge but also wants to help create a real home.
How we tick
We are not a functional shared flat: We like to cook and eat together, have a spontaneous drink, tinker in the garden, start projects, or play darts in the garage.
At the same time, each of us has their own life and can always retreat. For us, openness, humor, consideration, and an uncomplicated togetherness are important.
Location & surroundings
Our house is quietly located between the forest and a meadow, with beautiful sunsets and an impressive starry sky.
The Gasel train station is about a 15-minute walk downhill, and about 20 minutes uphill - a small walk with a training effect. From Gasel, a train runs every half hour and takes you to Bern in just under 15 minutes.
A car, scooter, or e-bike is an advantage, but not necessarily required.
Our animal roommates
We live with four cats and two turtles. The cats move freely in the house, and the turtles have their own realm outside.

CHF 550 for the room with almost 7 m²
The prices are excluding additional costs. Common rooms, garden, and usual infrastructure can be used, of course. Electricity, water, heating, internet, and other household costs are distributed separately and fairly. We will be happy to provide you with the exact total amount when you inquire.

You are open, uncomplicated, and communal, enjoy contributing from time to time, and respect the retreat areas of all at the same time.
