Who we are:
We are Vera, Gregory, and Benjamin - an open shared apartment in a modern flat in the heart of Schwamendingen.
Vera studies psychology as her major and biodiversity as her minor. Besides her studies, she takes care of the numerous plants in our shared apartment with great enthusiasm.
Gregory works as an IT consultant and supports large companies in organizing and utilizing their data better. Since he works from home a lot, he is often found in the shared apartment during the day.
Benjamin is a spatial planner and designs the living spaces of tomorrow. He is often on the road, but when he is around, he likes to cook.
We also like to be active outside of work and studies: Benjamin and Gregory occasionally play tennis together. Vera and Gregory like to ride their bikes and regularly go on joint bike tours.
Our open kitchen with living room is the meeting point of the shared apartment - this is where we meet by chance and tell each other about our day. We value an uncomplicated and communal living situation where you can exchange ideas and do things together, but also have your own space.

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated, and reliable person who enjoys a diverse shared apartment and communal living.

How the room is:
The room is approximately 11m2 in size and has plenty of light thanks to the large window front. The rent is CHF 745 (including utilities - electricity, water, heating). An additional small amount of around CHF 10 for internet and possibly TV will be added.
The room is available without a fixed term from October 16th.
You will share the bathroom with two flatmates. We have a spacious living room, a modern open kitchen, a large balcony, a basement storage room, and a shared laundry room with its own washing machine and dryer, as well as a shared bike storage room.
You can reach the Schwamendingerplatz with tram, bus, Coop, Migros, Denner, pharmacies, and post office within three minutes on foot. The main train station is about 15 minutes away, and Stettbach is 5 minutes away.
PS: If you don't have a bed, Lara, the moving-out flatmate, would be happy to sell you her bed.
