Description
I'm Fabian, 32 years old, currently working in a hotel and looking for a new roommate as of 31.10. :) Please only apply if 31.10/01.11 is possible for you as a move-in date. I like to attend events/festivals, enjoy cycling, and am available for various activities.
Your room is 12 square meters and you'll be sharing the apartment with two people. We have a dishwasher (which is not so common in the city), a small balcony, a projector (for gaming and watching TV), and a basement storage room. We have two bike cellars for bicycles. We share three washing machines and a tumble dryer with the entire block, but the washing machines are never all occupied and it's also possible to do a spontaneous load of laundry :) The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city, near the Bireggwald and the Allmend. Lucerne train station is within 15 minutes' walk and 5 minutes by bike. Migros, Coop, and Denner are also within walking distance.
It's important to me that we don't just live in a functional community, but that joint activities are possible. We have a chore plan, where the chores are redistributed weekly.
