The room is approximately 16 m² in size, very bright and offers a beautiful view. Through the large windows, a lot of daylight enters and the room appears open. The entire apartment is about 80m² in size and has a great balcony. There is also a storage room and the toilet and bathroom are separate. The kitchen is also very large.

I'm looking for an open, friendly, and uncomplicated person who enjoys relaxed cohabitation in a 2-person shared flat. My current roommate is moving out and since I want to live more budget-friendly in the future, I'm switching to the smaller room. This makes the larger room available.

It would be great if we could cook together from time to time, have a game night, play darts, or spontaneously do something. At the same time, I think it's just as important that everyone has their own space and can also just relax sometimes.
