The building is located in a quiet and central area in the middle of Seuzach. The move-in date for the apartments is planned for spring 2027 (expected to be April 1, 2027).

The 2.5-room attic apartments are ideal for single people or couples and offer the following living comfort:

Within walking distance to the property are various shopping facilities, Seuzach train station, and the kindergarten and school.

As part of the selection process, we will invite you to a viewing appointment on the construction site. This will give you the opportunity to get a first impression of the apartment's layout, room division, and construction progress. The viewings are planned for October 2026.
