I'm looking for someone to live with me in a beautiful, quiet 3.5-room apartment with a large garden. The apartment has a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom and separate toilet, a large basement and attic, as well as a balcony with a mountain view.
Your room is unfurnished with a built-in closet (possibly with the option of a desk and bed). The highlight is the large garden with a lawn, two apple trees, and the possibility of growing vegetables - perfect for summer evenings and/or small parties.
The location is very quiet, and you can reach the city center by bike or public transportation in 10-15 minutes. Coop, Migros, and Denner are nearby. You can reach the Werdinsel and swimming areas in about 5 minutes on foot.

I'm Simon, 32 years old, and I play handball in Schwamendingen. I'll be starting my studies at QUEST PH next year.
I'm uncomplicated, like to be on the go, in nature, or sometimes in a bar. I love to cook and enjoy shared evenings or outings. At the same time, it's important to me that everyone has their own space and feels at home.
