We are going to make our apartment, located in the heart of Fribourg at the level of the Domino park in the Pérolles district, available again from December 1st, 2026 due to a purchase.
The apartment is very bright as it is cross-ventilated from east to west. It is located 10 minutes walk from the train station, close to the city's largest park, a large Migros, the universities, the university and a small forest that descends directly into the lower town, the bucolic center of Fribourg.
It consists of 3 bedrooms (12, 14 and 14 m2) on the interior courtyard side, a large living-dining room, a veranda (currently used as a guest room), a small balcony, a separate, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC and an additional WC.
The building has a communal bicycle room with a communal laundry room as well as a private cellar. There is also an underground parking garage, but we do not have a parking space. We used the city's parking tokens.
