Location and surroundings:

Within one minute you can reach a Coop, Denner or Rossmann. The Bern train station is accessible by lines 6, 7, 8 and 17 and is only a few minutes away.

Equipment:

The apartment has a balcony, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher and a combined washing machine/dryer unit. The apartment also includes a small basement compartment.

Parking:

I also rent (i.e. separately) a parking space in the underground garage in the same building, for which I am also looking for a subtenant. If interested, this can also be taken over (CHF 150.00/month).
