We are subletting our furnished chalet for the year 2027 (duration to be discussed, minimum 6 months).
Built in 1940 and nestled in a large garden, this weekend chalet offers a magnificent view of the Alps and the lake. Only one neighbor all year round: the calm is total, in every season. Possibility of making a fire in the garden.
Over the seasons
Autumn: the sea of fog at your feet
Winter: snowshoeing from the door
Spring and summer: walks in the meadows and forests

Access The path is cleared in winter by the local farmer. However, access may still be sporty during cold winters: a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Alternatively, good winter tires are essential, and you must have snow chains in the trunk, just in case.
This is not an apartment or a classic house: it's a chalet, and you need to take care of it.
In winter, plan for about one bag of pellets per day for the stove.
Rainwater is a limited resource: you need to save it (no 20-minute showers!).
Clearing the parking space and the surroundings of the chalet is your responsibility, as well as mowing the lawn in summer.
Access in winter requires a bit of organization and equipment.
It's a true lover's wish, reserved for a person or couple who wants to live in harmony with nature and take care of the places.
