we are looking for a new tenant for my room in the shared apartment in Affoltern am Albis from October 1st.
You would be living with Sarah (26) and me, an open, lovely person who likes to be on the go and enjoy life. It's important to us that the shared apartment is more than just a community of convenience. Whether cooking together, having a glass of wine on the balcony, or a coffee with deep conversations - we're looking forward to a relaxed and cordial togetherness. At the same time, of course, everyone should have their own free space.
The shared apartment
The apartment is tidy and well-maintained. A household plan ensures a fair distribution of tasks, so you should be reliable and value cleanliness.
There is a dining room, separate kitchen, living room with balcony, and a bathroom.
Location
The apartment is located directly at the train station and yet quiet:
* approx. 15 minutes to Zug
* approx. 25 minutes to Zurich Altstetten
* Aldi, Coop, Müller, Action, etc. within a 2-minute walk
* restaurants, bars, post office, and banks directly in the surrounding area
* elevator in the building

The room is approximately 16 m² in size and appears even more spacious due to the generous cut.
