We (W37, M32) are looking for a sympathetic and uncomplicated person to complete our shared apartment from 01.11.2026. We value a pleasant and respectful cohabitation, where we like to spend time together, but also respect each other's privacy.

Our penthouse apartment impresses with its spacious rooms and high ceilings, giving the apartment a particularly open and airy feel. The spacious living room is the heart of the apartment and invites you to relax and linger. Additionally, a separate hobby room of around 60 m² is available, offering plenty of space for sports, creative projects, and various hobbies.

The room itself also has its own storage space of approximately 12 m².

The apartment also offers:

- a beautiful, sunny balcony with a view of the Alps
- a private basement compartment
- parking possibilities directly in front of the house or in the underground garage
- a quiet and green environment

Location

A special highlight is the location on the mountain: while fog often lies in the valley below in winter, it is often sunny and bright up here.

Berikon-Widen train station is within a 5-minute walk. From there, there are very good public transport connections to Zurich, which can be reached in about 30 minutes with regular connections. Shopping facilities like Migros and pharmacy are also just a few minutes' walk away.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, tidy, and uncomplicated and has a desire for a relaxed shared apartment life. Whether it's an after-work drink on the balcony or simply each to their own, we are open and uncomplicated.
