Hi! I am renting out a spacious and cozy room in a shared flat starting from November.
The apartment is bright and spacious, with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a dish washer, and a bathroom with a window.
There's also a nice balcony with table, chairs and a small sofa, perfect for enjoying some time outside.
The flat also has a secure bike storage, an attic and cellar for additional storage space.
The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator). There's a supermarket just a few minutes' walk away, as well as the bus stops for 36 and 50. The flat is therefore very well connected to both the airport and the main train station.
Internet is included in the monthly rent. Deposit is 1'333 CHF.
The flat is shared with two German guys, who are friendly and easy-going. They both spend very little time at home, so the place is usually very quiet.
I am also selling the furniture in the room (all in perfect condition) fo 500 CHF, including an office chair, a very large wardrobe, a desk, a mirror and a bed with drawers.
