- living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV cabinet, large TV, soundbar and some shelves
- shower room with washing machine and dryer, sink
- bedroom with a 160x200 bed, large wardrobe, 2 nightstands, some shelves
- large balcony of 13m2 with dining table and chairs, without direct view
- one underground parking space
- public transport nearby (bus 1 minute walk and train station 12 minutes)
