Our apartment is something special and that's exactly what we like about it.
It is located in the industrial quarter of Bern-Wankdorf. During the week, it can be a bit more lively during the day. But the location has a big advantage: as soon as the businesses close, it becomes pleasantly quiet in the building. In the evenings and especially on weekends, you have a lot of freedom - whether for music, guests, or a cozy evening on the large terrace.

We are Nik and Pablo. Music is part of our daily routine. Besides that, we like nature, animals, good conversations, and a relaxed atmosphere at home. Everyone has their own space, at the same time we appreciate a friendly and respectful coexistence.

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated, and reliable person who is looking for more than just a room.
Our shared flat works without a cleaning schedule, without a to-do list, and without complicated rules. Not because order is unimportant, but because we are convinced that personal responsibility, consideration, and open communication are a better foundation for a pleasant coexistence.
We are not looking for a perfect roommate or a perfect roommates, but a person with whom the coexistence is pleasant, uncomplicated, and enriching for all.
