Since my partner and I are moving into a larger apartment, I am looking for a reliable tenant to take over my beautiful 2.5-room apartment in Fislisbach as of November 1, 2026, or by agreement.

The apartment has its own washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment. Additionally, various visitor parking spaces are available outside.
The takeover will be done under the existing rental conditions. The associated underground parking space (CHF 135 / month) is part of the rental agreement and will be taken over.
If desired, almost all furniture can be taken over at an attractive package price.
Location and surroundings
The apartment is located on the village street in a 30 km/h zone.
Baden train station can be reached by car in about 10 minutes and by bus in about 15 minutes. The A1 highway exit is also only about 5 minutes away by car.
