For a new shared apartment in Seebach, I am looking for two new roommates who would like to take over the following rooms from October 1st:

• Smaller room: 11.6 m2, CHF 666 incl. ancillary costs, unfurnished with window
• Larger room: 15.3 m2, CHF 748 incl. ancillary costs, unfurnished with window

The apartment is limited until March 2028 and also has a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a cellar compartment. Another highlight is the spacious living room including a balcony! Various shopping options (Migros, Denner, Coop) and public transport connections are within walking distance, and you can also reach

• Oerlikon train station in 15 minutes
• UZH/ETH center in 35 minutes
• ETH Hönggerberg in 25 minutes
• Campus Irchel in 30 minutes

I am Gioia (20), studying psychology in my bachelor's degree and working part-time in a café. I would describe myself as a quiet and open person, I like to travel and love coffee! I spend my free time with my friends - at movie nights, swimming, ASVZ, skiing, concerts, visiting flea markets, and other side quests. I am often on the go, but I would still be happy if we take time to cook together, organize a game night, or just chat a bit on our cozy balcony!

I am looking for you if you are between 18 and 26 years old and want to shape an active shared apartment life with me and another roommate (no purpose-built shared apartment). You should also be open, reliable, and (more or less) tidy. You get plus points from me if you don't smoke, are also vegan, or bring some furniture for the living room and kitchen :).
