I'm Laura, 34, and I've started my master's degree in sports science at the University of Bern. That's why I'm looking for a weekly commuter or flatmate for my beautiful apartment on Holligenstrasse in Bern.
The rent includes utilities and internet/TV.
The room is my former home office, 12.18 m² in size and will be rented unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is already furnished and can be used as well. This includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a beautiful view of Schloss Holligen.
About me:
I love sports and exercise, especially dancing, tennis, and cycling. A tidy and clean home is important to me. That's why I'm looking for an uncomplicated, reliable, and also tidy subtenant.
I'm open to cooking, eating, or other leisure activities together, if it works out - but that's absolutely not a must.
Parking:
The blue zone is located directly in front of the property. If a parking space in the garage is desired, I would need to clarify this with the administration.
