Last year I got separated and today I live in Cadro, in a pretty big house, surrounded by green and quiet, just a few steps from the woods. I have a nice garden and a porch that in the summer becomes one of my favorite places - there's also a cultivated garden with mulch.

For some time now, I've been thinking it would be nice to share this space with someone. I admit, at first I had some fears, but now I've told myself: why not try?

So, I'm looking for a person to share the house with, but most of all someone with whom I can have a nice harmony. The idea is to split some of the expenses, but I'd like the cohabitation to be something more than just the simple "I have my room, you have yours".

I'm 36 years old, I like being in company, inviting friends over and having a chat, but I also love quiet evenings and moments that are all mine. As hosts, there's also a dog that's different but very nice, and a cat that's very cuddly and cheeky. They're an integral part of my life and the house, so they need to be loved and taken care of.

The room is a single room with a bed that can become a double bed if needed, and a wall closet. Next to the room, there's also a bathroom that would be for the exclusive use of the person taking the room. Parking and heating are included.

I'd like to find a respectful, quiet, and willing person to share, when it suits, some moments together: a dinner, a chat, some mutual help without giving up on personal spaces and habits.

In short, I'm not just looking for a roommate, but someone with whom a pleasant, spontaneous, and mature cohabitation can arise, made of respect, lightness, and a bit of sharing.
