We are renting a charming and cozy 3-room apartment in our family-friendly multi-family house in 8152 Glattbrugg on November 15, 2026. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) with a balcony.
The kitchen has new appliances, including a dishwasher and built-in microwave.
The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, and sink with large daylight windows. The living and sleeping rooms are equipped with new parquet flooring. Small balcony. A cellar compartment is included in the basement. There is also a laundry room available in the basement, in case you need to wash more laundry.
Parking spaces can be rented separately. We also have an internal charging station for electric vehicles (electricity costs directly at the expense of the tenant).
The garden with a new barbecue area can be used by all tenants.

Before moving in, some work will be done and a few minor renovation work will be carried out. Additionally, a new washing machine/dryer combination will be installed directly in the kitchen.

Pets are very welcome (we are a very animal-loving house).
