Are you looking for a quiet, stylish home on a temporary basis? I am renting a fully furnished and very quiet apartment - ideal for a single person (preferably a female tenant).

The location is optimal: public transportation, highway access, and shopping opportunities (Migros, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity.

Rental period & special features:

The rental agreement is limited, but it is perfectly suitable for a long-term arrangement if the rhythm suits you:

Autumn/Winter: October to April (with a 1-week break by arrangement).

Spring/Summer: April 15th to approximately the end of September (with approximately 2-3 days' break by arrangement).

It would be ideal to have a tenant who plans to take a vacation or travel during the transition periods (each in April and at the end of September). If we mutually agree, I would be happy to strive for a long-term partnership.
