Looking for: an exchange with an ETHZ student for a studio on/near the ETHZ campus, in exchange for this studio at EPFL (one semester sublet).
Furnished studio of approximately 20m², EPFL Les Estudiantines Residence, with access to a shared balcony/terrace offering a lake view.

Conditions
Must be an EPFL/ETHZ enrolled student
Single occupancy (studio designed for one occupant)

Accommodation to be returned in the same immaculate condition it was found in
Financial guarantor required (usually a parent residing in Switzerland, with a net monthly income at least 3x the rent) failing a guarantor in Switzerland, payment of two months' rent in advance in addition to the first month
Rental deposit: CHF 2,130.- (3x the net rent), to be paid before move-in
