2 rooms for 750.-- / incl.
The two rooms are located on the upper floor. Currently, I operate airbnb with these two rooms. In addition to the rooms, there is a larger office. It has a barn and a stable on the ground floor. I live with 1 dog, 2 cats, and two chickens. Parking spaces are available. You could then use the upper floor for yourself. There is space for small animals, if you have any: chickens, possibly sheep, ponies, etc.
The kitchen and toilet are shared. In the barn next door, many things could still be realized.
Here you can plant and maintain a flower or vegetable garden. The house is located between Escholzmatt and Schüpfheim at 800 meters. The forest is quite close. Autonomous living is possible here.
