From January 1, 2027, 2 rooms will be available in our shared flat.

• 17.5 square meters on the 3rd floor: CHF 990 gross (820 + 170 utilities)
• 15 square meters on the 1st floor: CHF 930 gross (760 + 170 utilities)

Both rooms have a carpeted floor and their own sink.

The FeelFreshWG is very close to the city center in 8400 Winterthur, and you can reach the main train station in Winterthur in just a few minutes by bus or bike. Additionally, the Eschenberg forest is located on the other side of the street for nature lovers.

The shared flat consists of 11 young people in a three-story house on Breitestrasse in Winterthur (average age mid-20s). We like to do things together, so we're not just a functional shared flat. Of course, the privacy of all residents is respected.

We're looking for someone between 18 and 35 years old who enjoys socializing and contributing to shared flat life. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us, especially in the kitchen. The cohabitation works well, and we want to maintain the relaxed atmosphere.

The house is well-equipped for shared use:
2 bathrooms with a total of 3 toilets, 4 showers, 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers. Kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 ovens, 1 dishwasher, 3 refrigerators, and 1 freezer. Living room with a dartboard, table football, and a shared dining table.

All common areas are cleaned once a week by cleaning staff, so no one has to clean toilets ;-) Although we're 11 people, there are never any problems with the number of showers in the morning. In the garden around the house, we have a hot pot, lounge, grill, ping-pong table, and a fire pit.

The price includes utilities like internet, waste disposal, Billag, electricity, heating, etc. So, there are no unexpected costs! Fast WLAN internet is included. A parking space directly in front of the house can be rented for 60 francs per month.
