The free room is 12 m² in size, costs 712 CHF/month (including everything) and is located on the second floor of the apartment.

1 cozy room with a charming sloping ceiling. Behind your room, there is additional storage space in the attic. If you want more pictures of the apartment or the room, just let us know. In front of the room, there is a built-in closet that you can use, and you can also place a piece of furniture outside your room.

The apartment is a 5.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor with: a large, cozy living/dining room with a wooden ceiling and fireplace, a kitchen (with a new dishwasher and refrigerator), 3 WCs, one of which has a shower (no stress in the morning), an additional room upstairs as a yoga/reading room for relaxation, a beamer, and various games for cozy evenings. We don't have a balcony, but there's a park and the Aare nearby. Smoking is not allowed in the shared apartment.

About us: We have a relaxed, open shared apartment. We consider a good togetherness important, but everything is very uncomplicated and without obligation. We meet, for example, for joint cooking, at events like the museum night, or simply spontaneously for something, depending on what suits us.

Simon (32) works in logistics, likes to cook (Thai curry), plays badminton, and goes to the gym and is always available for game nights or Aare swimming. Caro (28) works as a lawyer for an insurance company, likes to climb, hike, or swim in her free time, and values an open, cozy togetherness. Stefan (32) studies entrepreneurship, does parkour, is often outdoors, reads a lot, and is always open to good conversations or games.

Station Luisenstrasse (1 min) with 3 lines to the city, Migros (50m), Aare (7 min), Bern train station (7 min), Zytglogge (4 min), forest (10 min), Publibike station (50m), pharmacy (20m), post office (5 min), gym (2 min), hairdresser (2 min), and café (20m).

We are looking for: We are a 4-person shared apartment in the Kirchenfeld quarter in Bern and are looking for a new person (25-35) since a room will become available on November 1st or by agreement.

You fit in well with us if you have a desire for a pleasant shared apartment life (sometimes cooking together, chatting, or spontaneously doing something, e.g., in the summer in the Aare, eating pizza, or similar events), but also value your own space, are reliable, and help with household and cleanliness.
