A laundry room on the ground floor is also available free of charge. The apartment is located in the Erlenmatt district, a new urban area designed for modern living, working, and leisure, and is part of the Bâleo Erlenmatt building. The district has a large central park and is close to the Lange Erlen recreational area. The building itself houses a Coop supermarket, a kindergarten, restaurants, and a fitness center. The area is optimally connected to public transportation, with Badischer Bahnhof train station just 500 meters away and EuroAirport reachable in 10 minutes. A bus stop is located directly in front of the building, providing quick access to Basel SBB train station and all the city's attractions. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a deposit/damage insurance of CHF 2,000.00 and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 will be charged. Optional additional services will only be charged if selected by the guest and include a baby bed for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights).
