I am renting out a room in my apartment from November 16th to December 27th (or longer/long-term). The apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. From the apartment, you have a nice view of the Münster and the Kirchenfeldbrücke. The Aare and Marzili are quickly accessible on foot.
The train station is about a 10-minute walk, and the Sternenmarkt (Christmas market) on the Kleine Schanze is about a 5-minute walk.

The room is generally rented unfurnished, but it can also be taken over furnished if needed.

You would be living with me (35 years old) and my six-year-old child. We are both rather quiet and value a relaxed, respectful, and uncomplicated cohabitation.
My home is an important place of rest and relaxation for me. My son goes to bed at around 9 PM; after that, it should be quieter in the apartment.

The apartment is a bright 3.5-room maisonette apartment over two floors with a garden. The spacious living room has a fireplace and a spiral staircase to the upper area. This second area is mainly used as a play and retreat area for my son.
