We are looking for subtenants for our beautiful, renovated 4-room apartment from November 1, 2026, or later by agreement.

All rooms except the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with herringbone parquet. Olten train station is about 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment has a attic compartment as well as its own washing machine and a tumble dryer in the apartment. Additionally, a drying room is available for shared use.

The balcony faces the inner courtyard and is directly accessible from the kitchen.

Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity (Sälipark/Sälihof shopping center, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has approximately 85 m².

In particular, we would like to leave the clothes rails in the bedroom in the apartment, but this can still be agreed upon.

Suitable for 1-3 people. No pets allowed.

We have enjoyed living in this apartment and are leaving it because we are moving to Bern.
