Due to a somewhat unexpected job offer abroad, I have to leave my lovely room in October. The room is available from 14 October 2026 (from 1 October by arrangement) either for a temporary period until mid-November or long term, both possible.

The flat is in one of the most sought-after locations in the city, centrally located in Bern, with everything you need close by and in a beautiful neoclassical neighbourhood. We are looking for someone who can really take advantage of these perks and add momentum to our community project.

You would be renting a room in the Connect Bern apartment. Connect Bern is an organisation with the mission of building community, organising social events, and helping people connect with one another. The living room acts as the base, where events occasionally take place, for example speed friending and movie nights.

It is a great option for somebody who likes a dynamic and sociable environment and is open to meeting people. One other person lives in the second room being rented out, Alexandros (Alex), a physiotherapist from Greece. He is very kind, funny, and always up for an interesting conversation.

Wegen eines etwas überraschenden Stellenangebots im Ausland muss ich mein schönes Zimmer im Oktober leider verlassen. Das Zimmer ist ab 14. Oktober 2026 frei (nach Absprache auch schon ab 1. Oktober) befristet bis Mitte November oder unbefristet, beides möglich.
