The Setup: I am a professional working in Geneva during the week. I am renting out the private bedroom of my beautiful, fully-furnished 79m2 apartment in Pfäffikon SZ. I only return on the weekends, during which I use the living room.
This means from Monday morning to Friday evening, you will have the entire apartment completely to yourself! We only share the common areas on the weekends.
Your Private Room: Bright, quiet, and fully furnished private bedroom. Features a large mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Large window with a pleasant view of the green surroundings.
The Apartment (Yours exclusively Mon-Fri, shared on weekends): Spacious 79 sqm layout with hardwood floors throughout. Large covered garden terrace with a lounge area and BBQ grill. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and plenty of counter space. Bright living and dining area. Bathroom with your own private washing machine and tumble dryer (no sharing with neighbors!).
Location - Pfäffikon SZ: Highly attractive low-tax municipality. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Excellent train connections to Zurich and surrounding areas.
Who I am looking for: A clean, respectful, and reliable professional who appreciates having a peaceful home during the week. Non-smoker, no pets.
Note:I am also open to discussing alternative rental proposals or different arrangements if they make sense for both sides.
