Hey! In an apartment very close to Winterthur train station, 3 rooms will be available soon.
The rooms are all a bit different in size:
Room 1 (currently an atelier) is about 4.50 m long and 3m wide (15 m^2) with built-in closets. The window faces directly onto the balcony, so it has sun in the room in the evening.
Room 2 (becoming available) is about 5.30 m long and 2.70 m wide (14m^2). The window is on the side of a fairly busy street. However, the sun shines in in the morning.
Room 3 is very similar to Room 2 in terms of size and orientation. The special thing about the room is the built-in closet with a lot of storage space.
As can be seen from the floor plan, the entire apartment has slightly sloping walls. Which leads to its own charm.
Our current shared apartment is currently in a transition phase and I, Rya, am looking for 3 new flatmates by arrangement.
About me: I'm in my last year at the Zurich University of Teacher Education and will become a primary school teacher. In my free time, I'm often out and about in the city with my friends, host small, fine raves, and like to read.
For the shared apartment, I wish for open, kind, and responsible flatmates. It should be a cozy home with game nights, regular cleaning, and a lot of laughter.
