We are Fabian, 32 years old, currently working in a hotel, and Esteban, 23 years old, working in a bike shop, and we are looking for a new roommate as soon as possible or by December 31st at the latest. We both like to be outdoors and do various activities.

Your room is 10 square meters. We have a dishwasher (which is not so common in the city), a small balcony, a projector (for gaming and watching TV), and a basement storage room. For bikes, we have two bike cellars. We share three washing machines and a tumble dryer with the entire block, but the washing machines are never all occupied, and it's also possible to do a spontaneous load of laundry :) The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city, near the Allmend, which is why it's relatively quiet here, and the Bireggwald is right next door. The Lucerne train station is within a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by bike. Migros, Coop, and Denner are also within walking distance.

It's important to me that we don't live in a community of convenience, but that joint activities are possible. We're looking for someone who doesn't spend their whole day picking up every speck of dust, but can still live their life without spending all their free time cleaning :)
