We are looking for a person in the active life (man or woman) to join us on November 1st (or from mid-October, to be discussed) and live with 4 other roommates aged 30 to 40, motivated by communal living.
Bright 7.5-room villa, a 17m2 room is waiting for you (unfurnished). If you don't have furniture, there are some things that can help you in the first instance.
The fully equipped house has a garden (with lawn mower!), 5 parking spaces and a garage, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer), 2 bathrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, a basement with plenty of storage space, a gym and even a guest room for friends and family.
Transportation: 3 minutes from the LEB train station (53 seconds when running) which arrives at Lausanne-Flon in 18 minutes, with a train every 15 minutes: we have all the advantages of the countryside with quick and congestion-free access to the city center! 20 minutes from the city center by bike (downhill!). Crissier and Renens are accessible by bus. Highway access (Blecherette or Cossonay) in less than 10 minutes.
Rent: 1150 CHF per month ALL-INCLUSIVE, meaning the pure rent of 920 CHF + a margin for all charges (electricity, water, heating, internet, TV, cleaning lady every week for the common areas, deposit, insurance) and a common budget for basic groceries, household items, and occasional common purchases.
Life with us: each person has their own space and freedom, but we like to get together, for example, in front of a series, a good meal, a hike, music, or a sports session, depending on everyone's desires.
