Following a withdrawal, 1 large room is available in a beautiful, furnished 158 m² apartment in Gland! My name is Sarah, I'm 38 years old, and I'm leaving the shared apartment on 30.09, having found a studio. The ideal entry date would be 1st October or 15th October. My 2 current roommates are active women.
RENT (including charges):
- Large room CHF 1204.- / 44 m², on the upper floor, studio effect when the door is closed
- Indoor parking space optional: CHF 130.-
- Approximately CHF 100.-/month for shared expenses (electricity, cleaning, WiFi, TV, common products, rent guarantee)
We are looking for: a serious, calm, careful, non-smoking person. Shared apartment for active adults, quiet but occasionally convivial atmosphere. Cleaning lady 1x/2 weeks for the common areas.
Apartment (duplex, 2nd floor, <10 minutes walk from the train station):
- 2 occupied rooms + 44 m² room + 12 m² common room + kitchen + large living/dining room + bathroom (bathtub + washing machine + WC) + guest WC + balcony + cellar
