We are renting our wonderful apartment (located on the lower floor of an Art Nouveau villa) between October 21, 2026, and approximately May 15, 2027, while we are in our second home in Australia. The apartment is situated in a great, very quiet location in the Kirchenfeld quarter, 10 minutes' walk from the Zytglogge and the city center, near the Aare River on the hill opposite the Marzili bath. Bus and shopping facilities are nearby. It features fast internet (200/200 Mbit/s), toilet with shower, gas stove and oven, washing machine for (uncomplicated) shared use, a large bed (180x210cm) and a sofa bed, garden seating area among apple trees, roses, and vines.
We are looking for a quiet non-smoker (single person preferred) without pets, who appreciates this peaceful oasis.
