As of 01.01.2027, we will be renting three newly built 3.5-room tiny houses in a modern wooden construction in a quiet and natural location in Balm near Günsberg.

The houses are located on a elevated site and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The slope and the staggered arrangement of the three houses create a special living feeling with a lot of reference to nature.

On the main level, approximately 58 m² of living space are available. High rooms, generous window areas, and the additional gallery provide an open and airy atmosphere. The heart of the house is the bright living and dining area with an open kitchen. The large window areas bring a lot of daylight into the rooms and open up the view to the surroundings. Two separate rooms provide space for sleeping, working, or for guests. Above the rooms, there is an open gallery with additional usable space. The room offer is complemented by a bathroom with shower/WC, a practical entrance area, and a covered seating area, ideal for enjoying the quiet surroundings and the view. Each house also has its own basement compartment. The parking spaces have charging stations for electric vehicles and can be rented additionally if needed.

The houses are currently still under interior construction. The photos show the current state of construction. The visualizations are example pictures; the equipment and design may vary from house to house.
