We are looking for a subtenant for our apartment. It is a 6-room apartment with approximately 115m2.

The apartment has two underground parking spaces and a lift. As well as a beautiful balcony with a view. Additionally, the apartment has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. There is also a large cellar and several storage rooms on the top floor.

We currently live with two children and two cats in this apartment. The neighbors are very loving and in general, it is very family-friendly in the house.

The apartment is available by arrangement. Ideally, it would be someone who takes it from mid/late November.
