I'm Sarah, 38 years old, and I'm leaving the shared apartment on 30.09. having found a studio. The ideal entry date would be October 1st or October 15th. My two current roommates are active women.

We are looking for: a serious, calm, careful, non-smoking person. Shared apartment for adult, active women, quiet but occasionally convivial atmosphere.

Cleaning lady 1x/2 weeks for the common areas.
