As of November 1, 2026, we are looking for subtenants for the bright, 5-room apartment floating above the city on the 4th floor.
The lake can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Post office, Denner, Coop, Migros are within a 5-minute walking distance. The school is just around the corner.
The apartment is centrally located between Kreuzplatz and Hegibachplatz and is easily accessible by public transport. It convinces with a good floor plan suitable for families, couples, or shared apartments. The kitchen (with dishwasher) invites you to sit, laugh, and cook together and has a small balcony for herbs. Two large, bright rooms with access to the exceptionally long balcony offer a view of the Üetliberg, but above all, make a lot of sky visible above the rooftops. Two of the other rooms are normally sized, one is rather small, and they are not on the street side. A separate toilet and bathroom help organize the mornings.
Shared laundry room with tumble dryer and uncomplicated registration on the ground floor. The basement compartment is in the underground floor.
