In a beautiful, bright and spacious 3½-room apartment on the upper ground floor, a furnished room (approx. 10 m²) is available.
The apartment is completely furnished and very well equipped. In addition to your own room, you can use the entire apartment, including the kitchen, living room, your own washing machine and balcony.

Storage space under the bed (12 shoe compartments)

The apartment:
The bright and cozy 3½-room apartment offers a lot of space and is equipped with all modern devices. In the living room, a large-screen TV is available, among other things. The apartment is located in a green area with a beautiful view and spectacular sunsets. Directly behind the house, beautiful rural walking paths begin, ideal if you like to enjoy some peace and nature after work or study.

Perfect connection to Bern:
The Moos (Köniz) train station is located right opposite and offers a direct connection to Bern. From leaving the apartment to Bern train station, it's only about 20 minutes. The location is therefore ideal for students, working professionals or commuters who work or study in Bern, but would like to live in a quieter and greener area.
Your shared apartment

Your roommate:
Is a 20-year-old young man. So far, he has lived in the apartment with his mother. Since she is now moving out, a sympathetic person is being sought for the shared apartment.

And most importantly:
The shared apartment includes two beautiful, very loving and affectionate Maine-Coon cats. Therefore, we are explicitly looking for someone who loves cats and enjoys living with them.

Rent:
CHF 850 per month, including utilities
The room and apartment are fully furnished.
