From February 2027, a long-term shared apartment rental is also possible

Are you looking for a cozy home for December 2026 and January 2027? Our beautiful apartment will be free during our (Isabellas and Ronjas) trip for two months and we are looking for a reliable person or couple. Isabella will move out at the end of January or February, so her room will be available afterwards.

The apartment is cozily furnished and offers everything you need for two relaxed months. We have a cozy balcony with access to a meadow with a ping-pong table. The apartment is close to the forest, has a pond that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and a skate park with a sports facility within 10 minutes walking distance. By bike or public transport, you can reach the Baden train station in 10 minutes. There are many shopping opportunities nearby: Lidl, Migros VOI, Coop gas station, or at the Baden train station.

This apartment is also home to Ziva & Yoshi (13 years old), two loving Maine-Coon cat siblings. Ziva is very affectionate and likes to be close, Yoshi is a bit more independent and very communicative. For me, the two are a natural part of the home and always bring a bit of life and love into the apartment. During our absence, it would be important that someone enjoys cats and takes care of them reliably. The two can be manually let out of the window and come back afterwards.

If you can't take care of the cats occasionally, my mother is also nearby and can take over cat care.
