I am renting a bright room (approx. 15 m² / 3.5 × 5 m) in my apartment in the heart of Lucerne's Neustadt.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor with a balcony, is bright and only about 10 minutes' walk from the train station. Cafés, restaurants, shopping opportunities, and the Neubad are just around the corner.

I am looking for a sympathetic, uncomplicated, and reliable person who is clean and tidy. Most importantly, I want us to get along well and be on the same wavelength. I wish for a relaxed cohabitation where each person has their own daily routine, but we also enjoy having a coffee together or exchanging stories from time to time.
