We are looking for one student thats friendly and tidy to join our shared apartment in the quiet and convenient neighborhood of Schöenberg.

The Location

• Transport: The bus stop is only a 2-minute walk from the front door.
• University: It takes about 15 minutes by bus to reach the University of Pérolles and 10 min to reach Miséricorde.
• Shopping: Both Migros and Coop are just a 5-minute walk away for all your grocery needs.

The Apartment
The flat is spacious and fully equipped:

• The Room: One furnished room of 15.30 m2 available for the new tenant.
• Common Spaces: A large, bright living room, a big balcony perfect for relaxing, and a kitchen with everything you need.
• Bathrooms: The apartment has 2 bathrooms. You will share one bathroom between Giorgio and you, while the other two roommates use the other one.
• Laundry: There are two washing machines and two dryers in the building, with designated laundry days for each apartment. In addition, use of the laundry room is free of charge.

About Us
You will be living with Giorgio, Sofia and Kali, we all come from Ticino and we are 22, 19 and 19 respectively. Giorgio is in second year in economics and the two study law. We are very active, love sports, and enjoy a social but respectful atmosphere. We speak english, French and a bit German. Our fluent language is italian.

Rent and Details

• Monthly Rent: 720 CHF
• Extra Costs: Electricity bills are normally around 30.- per person every three months.
• Parking: You can rent a parking space in the garage for 120.- per month
