I am looking for a new roommate for a beautiful room in a spacious approx. 200 m² large old building apartment in the heart of St. Gallen. I am only moving out due to a relocation and would like to pass on my room to good hands.

The room is approx. 22 m² in size, has a large window front with beautiful view over St. Gallen and has its own access to one of the balconies. The entire apartment impresses with its beautiful old building character with stucco ceilings and parquet flooring throughout the apartment.
