I am looking for a tenant to take over my small 1-room apartment at Anwandstrasse 10, just a few minutes from Helvetiaplatz and Langstrasse.

The apartment is approximately 10-15 m² in size. The room itself has a simply furnished kitchen with two hotplates, sink, refrigerator, and extractor hood. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink, and a private window.

In the basement, there is a closet for additional storage space and a laundry room with good availability.

The location is very central: bars, restaurants, shopping opportunities, and public transportation are practically just around the corner. On foot, you can reach the main station in 10-15 minutes. At the same time, the apartment is relatively quiet, so you don't hear much from Langstrasse.

The rent is CHF 1,298 per month, including flat-rate ancillary costs.

According to the contract, a sublease is possible from November. An earlier takeover might also be possible, but would need to be individually agreed upon with the administration.

For the application to the administration, a current extract from the debt collection register is required, among other things; furthermore, the financing of the rent should be correspondingly secured.
