We are renting out a spacious room in a house that is located in a beautiful area close to Schutzenmattpark:

• 4-floor building including basement with storage rooms, washing machine and tumbler (free to use on demand, no schedule)
• Room is located on the 2nd floor, bathroom available on the same floor
• The room is spacious, furnished with a bed, 2 nightstands, 1 desk, 2 chairs, and has 2 built-in gardrobes
• Shared rooms: kitchen, living room, dining room, basement, bathrooms (2-2)
• There are 2 additional small rooms which are not used, if you need extra space to do home office any of those can also be used.
• Currently, 2 people are living in the building, an amazing and very kind retired Swiss lady (she is the owner) and a guy who is often out - you would share the bathroom with him
• Public transport: Schutzenmattpark & Tram 8 - 3 mins walk, Tram 1, Bus 48, etc. - 7 mins walk, SBB - 20 mins walk or 10 mins public transport

The rent is 859 all incl. (water, heating, electricity, internet).

The earliest move in date is 01.10.2026, otherwise by agreement.
