I'm looking for a new roommate!
It's a 2-room apartment.
My roommate is moving out on 1.11.26, but the notice period is 3 months, so the rental start would be between 1.11.26 and 1.1.27.
The sooner the better, but it has to fit, so I'd rather have a good roommate than stress about moving in! :-)

I'm looking for:
Gender: any
Age: 24 - 38

About the apartment:
2-room apartment.
3 1/2 rooms, large balcony. Washing machine, tumble dryer shared. Basement compartment and dishwasher available. Elevator, bathtub, and garage.
Plus a small extra room/study (previously a hobby room).

Your room is about 10m2, you will pay accordingly less rent than me (the price listed here).

My roommate will take almost all the furniture. I have a few shelves and kitchen utensils. So you're welcome to bring your own inventory and otherwise we can buy something together. Agreement is important to me.

@Administration requirements:
You will be the main tenant with me.
You must have a minimum gross income of around 3000Fr. per month, including the last 3 pay slips.
You must not have any debts.

My name is Sheila, I'm 28 years old and I love sports, nature, and animals, and I'm a very social person.

I will have a cat (my last roommate was allergic). I would be happy if the cat is allowed in your room, as otherwise the life as a house cat would be a bit small. It will come from an animal shelter.

I like to do things like play games, sports, friends, adventure (also together). But when I'm at home, I like to have my peace and quiet to recharge my batteries.

We've done everything independently so far: cooking, shopping, eating, separate fridge, etc.
That doesn't mean you can't do it together, but this separation is important to me :-).

Cleanliness: I see it as rather relaxed, but with measure. Leaving something for a day is okay. Leaving it for a week, no thanks (:

In general, I'm a fan of flexibility. So someone who has rigid ideas about living with a cleaning schedule and laundry schedule will have a hard time here. Everyone does something, maybe arrange it monthly or so.
Consideration is the top priority.
I'm a quiet roommate. I won't wake you up in the evenings and mornings, and I expect the same from my counterpart :).
